How do I pay for my insurance policy?

It couldn’t be easier. You can pay via PayPal or credit card… and at no additional cost.

Where can I view my insurance policies?

Everything is clearly displayed in your personal INSURFOX account. Simply log into your account, view the policies displayed in the dashboard and click on the policy you want to view in detail. You can also download the full policy for your records here.

How do I renew my insurance policy?

It couldn’t be easier. Log in to your account and select the appropriate policy in the dashboard. If your policy is still valid, click on the “Renew” box that will appear in the menu 30 days before your policy expires. If your policy has already expired and you want to restore your coverage, click “Restore” instead.

How do I download or print my insurance certificate?

Log in to your account, locate the appropriate policy in the dashboard and select “Download Policy” from the menu.

When does my insurance coverage begin?

Immediately. You are covered the same day you purchase your policy from INSURFOX. Since INSURFOX operates 100% online, everything is even faster.

When does my insurance policy expire?

All INSURFOX insurance policies are valid for one year and expire automatically. But don’t worry, we’ll get in touch before that happens so you have enough time to renew your policy.

My contact information has changed. How can I update it?

You can update much of your contact information yourself by logging into your account and clicking “Settings” in the upper right corner of the dashboard. However, to change your company name, please contact us directly – we will do it for you.

How can I cancel my policy?

All of our insurance policies are valid for one year after purchase. However, if your business is no longer valid, contact us and we will cancel your policy.

I can't log in to my account. What can I do?

We are sorry. Try resetting your password by clicking “Forgot your password?” on the login page and following the instructions. If you still have problems logging in after that, please contact us. We will surely find a solution.

I have forgotten my password. How can I log in?

No problem at all, it can happen. You can reset your password by clicking “Forgot your password?” on the login page and following the instructions.

When will I receive all my insurance documents?

You will find your insurance policy, certificate of insurance and payment confirmation in your email inbox within minutes of making your payment. Your insurance coverage will begin the same day. We don’t keep our customers waiting.

How do I get a copy of the invoice?

Log in to your account, locate the policy in the dashboard and select “Download Invoice” from the menu.
